1) For Kindergarten (and Pre-K) students, arrangements will be made to have the student walked to their enrichment class after school. Students grades 1-5+ will be expected to walk themselves. If you have concerns about your student walking him/herself, please make alternative arrangements with your student’s teacher and/or the enrichment provider. Room assignments can be obtained at the school office.
2) If a student is picked-up late from an enrichment class on more than 2 occasions, he/she can be dropped from the program without refund at the instructor’s discretion.
3) There are 2 parts to the registration process: Registration & Payment
After registering with the online form, you may continue to the district's online payment system to make payment. You will need your student's ID number to log in. This can be obtained by contacting your school office. You may also log in as a guest. Please note that making purchases as a guest user means that you will be unable to log in at a later date to view your purchase history or reprint receipts.
Alternatively, you can fill out the printable registration form and mail or drop off along with check/cash to the Community Schools office:
5) There will be no refunds issued after the student has attended 2 classes in a session.
6) For inquiries pertaining to specific curriculum, instructor, etc. please contact the enrichment provider directly. Contact information can be found on the Community Schools Enrichment Page. Questions regarding registration & payments can be directed to Community Schools at 480-484-8614.
7) All students are required to follow the SUSD Student Code of Conduct during any Community Schools Program
